Refund and Chargeback Policy

Given that Onda uses fractional payment technology (Split Payments), funds are processed and transferred in real-time to the Organizers' accounts. ONDA DOES NOT RETAIN CAPITAL. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL from the platform. Requests for returns due to non-attendance, rain, or cancellation must be managed directly and exclusively with the Event Organizer. Onda's 'Tech Fee' is non-refundable.
